Handsome goalkeeper of Duy Tan University team reveals 'secret' to increasing height

Le Duc Hoang Anh, goalkeeper of Duy Tan University, who is 1.85 m tall, revealed the 'secret' to increasing his height.
On February 27, the football teams of Duy Tan University and Da Nang University of Physical Education and Sports were present at the Hue City Culture, Information and Sports Center Stadium (Thua Thien - Hue) to familiarize themselves with the field, preparing to enter the qualifying round of the Central region - the 2nd Vietnam Youth Student Football Tournament - 2024 THACO Cup starting on February 28.
Despite the drizzly weather and slippery natural grass field, the students of Coach Nguyen Tuan Vu (Duy Tan University football team) were still eager to put on their shoes and go out to practice.
In general, this season Duy Tan University recruited players with quite even appearances, in which the highlight was goalkeeper Le Duc Hoang Anh who impressed with his outstanding height.

After more than 30 minutes of physical and technical training in the rain, Hoang Anh still appeared quite excited and energetic when he was assigned to be the main goalkeeper for the first time at the Vietnam Youth Student Football Stadium.
"When I first arrived at the stadium, I felt the professionalism and meticulousness of the tournament organization. The natural grass field is very beautiful and flat, making the players more confident when playing football," Hoang Anh said.
Sharing the "secret" to maintaining a toned body and good physical strength, Hoang Anh revealed: "In addition to going to class, listening to music and reading books, I really like playing football to improve my physical strength. In particular, I often maintain the habit of running and swimming every day to increase my height."

This guy shared that when he was young, he was very self-conscious about his height. He used to play for the Da Nang City gifted team, but due to his lack of height, he had to temporarily stop his professional career.
After maintaining the habit of jogging and swimming, Hoang Anh's height developed unexpectedly, and now he is 1.85 m tall and weighs 85 kg.

When he was selected for the Duy Tan team, Hoang Anh impressed the coaching staff with his ideal appearance.
Coach Nguyen Tuan Vu commented on his student: "This is the second time Hoang Anh has joined the team to compete in a major student tournament. Although he is a first-year student, he has an ideal physique and height. I hope that this season Hoang Anh will play confidently, helping the team concede as few goals as possible to advance to the final round in Ho Chi Minh City".
