REGULATIONS FOR STUDYING NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION COURSES K27, K28

      Phase 1: Study from June 10 to July 6, 2024 for course K27

Phase 2: Study from July 8 to August 3, 2024 for course K27

Phase 3: Study from August 5 to August 31, 2024 for course K27, K28

Students enroll at 6:45 a.m. on the first day according to the schedule of each study period. Theory all day (from Monday to Saturday), Practice study and stay at the center

+ Theory Block:

Gather by company at the 3.5 hectare classrooms of Duy Tan University (address: 120 Hoang Minh Thao, Hoa Khanh Nam, Lien Chieu) as arranged in the attached list

+ Practice Block:

Locate and stay at the center, enroll at 2 campuses of the University of Physical Education and Sports.

Facility: National Defense Education Center. No. 122 Hoang Minh Thao Street, Hoa Khanh Nam, Lien Chieu.

Facility: Da Nang University of Physical Education and Sports. No. 44 Dung Si Thanh Khe Street, Thanh Khe District.

(Students carefully review the information: time for studying Theory, practice; place for practice, dormitory accommodation in the attached student list)

+ Regulations when studying National Defense Education and Security:

1. Bring your student card or other identification documents with photo attached to it when studying practical training. Wear sneakers or sports shoes when studying practical training

Students will stay in a centralized place for 2 weeks, so do not bring motorbikes or other means of transport to the 2 practical training facilities of the University. Sports (No parking space). Prepare the centralized accommodation and study fee including:

Meal fee: 65,000 VND/day/3 meals/student (3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Military uniform laundry fee at the end of the course; Electricity, water and learning materials 120,000 VND/student/course

Payment for the first day of practical training directly at the 2 practical training facilities

2. When entering the practical training, students must dress neatly, have short hair, and not be dyed. For theory training, students must wear shirts and be polite (women must not wear skirts).

3. Students coming to the National Defense Education Center are provided with backpacks, clothes, hats, blankets, mosquito nets, mats, etc. to serve their studies and boarding. Therefore, students are required to bring only light personal items, including: 03 sets of short clothes, 02 sets of long clothes for use when needed; sports shoes, sandals with back straps, clothes hangers, toothbrushes, toothpaste.

4. Do not bring large suitcases that affect the space of the dormitory room.

5. Do not bring electric fans, hair dryers, electric kettles, etc. (electrical equipment)

6. Students are arranged to stay at the National Defense Education Center during the entire learning and training process.

We respectfully request that the Faculties inform students to clearly understand the regulations and rules for studying National Defense Education and Security for the upcoming K27 and K28 courses.
